They may use that information to operate their own sites or coverage. This is not a sale of personal information and is not cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Service Providers and Infrastructure

These providers are used to run the service. They are not permitted by us to use personal information for their own unrelated marketing or advertising purposes.
When payment is required, payment information is handled through our payment provider. FunhaverGG does not intentionally store full credit card numbers.
For tournament awards, FunhaverGG pays one registered team representative. The representative provides the tax and payment information required for the complete team award and is responsible for any distribution to other team members. FunhaverGG may disclose the minimum required payout and tax records to payment networks, banks, accounting or tax advisers, legal advisers, insurers, forensic advisers, and government authorities when necessary to deliver or report the payment, respond to an incident, or comply with law.
8. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Analytics
FunhaverGG uses first-party cookies and browser storage for required platform functions.
Map-veto and match tools may use:
- A Discord authentication session cookie
- A Discord login state cookie
- A team code cookie for team unlock and match access
- Session storage for match app snapshots, auth display state, and match flow state

These cookies and storage entries are used for authentication, security, registration flow, payment flow, match access, tournament operations, UI preferences, and refresh behavior. They are not used to sell data or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The signup site currently uses Vercel Web Analytics. Based on Vercel's documentation, Vercel Web Analytics is privacy-focused, stores aggregated/anonymized usage data, and does not use cookies for analytics. We use this to understand page views, basic traffic patterns, performance, and site reliability.
9. Operational Messages and Marketing Emails
Operational tournament messages are not marketing.
FunhaverGG may contact team managers, captains, or players about registration, scheduling, match operations, disputes, rule enforcement, prizes, roster issues, substitute issues, payment issues, credits, refunds, or other tournament administration even if they do not opt in to marketing emails.
FunhaverGG does not currently send regular marketing emails.
If we send marketing emails in the future, we will send them only to users who opted in to receive them. Marketing emails will identify FunhaverGG as the sender, include truthful subject lines, include a valid postal address where required, and include a way to unsubscribe.
Marketing consent from a team manager applies only to the person who opted in. It does not automatically apply to every player listed on a roster unless those players separately opt in.
10. Data Retention
We generally retain team registration, contact, signup, and operational information for up to 1 year from signup or last tournament activity, unless we need to keep it longer for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal reasons, payment issues, tax records, rule enforcement, tournament administration, or historical records.
We retain a payout representative's legal name, date of birth, submitted Form W-9 or Form W-8BEN, payout ledger, payment confirmation, and related tax records for seven years after the later of the tax form submission or the most recent FunhaverGG payment associated with that tax payee. We may keep a record longer when a tax filing, audit, dispute, legal hold, investigation, or other legal obligation requires it.
We encrypt the legal name, date of birth, submitted tax form, and payout delivery information at rest. We remove the encrypted ACH account number, routing number, Zelle address, or PayPal address from the application database after an administrator records the payout as paid. We retain limited payment records, such as the payment method, account last four digits, amount, payment date, and payment reference, for accounting and tax purposes.
After the retention period ends, FunhaverGG deletes or de-identifies the payout representative's retained tax identity information and submitted tax form unless a legal hold or another required retention period applies. Backup copies expire through the applicable backup schedule.
Match data, tournament results, brackets, scores, standings, rosters, substitutes, map veto data, leaderboard data, placements, and other historical competitive records may be retained permanently because they are part of the tournament record.
If we delete or anonymize personal contact information, public competitive records may still remain, including team names, Riot IDs, rosters, substitutes, map vetoes, match results, scores, standings, and placements.
11. Children and Minors
FunhaverGG is not intended for children under 13.
Team managers may not knowingly submit information for players under 13.
Players under 18 may participate only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By registering a team, the team manager confirms that any player under 18 has the required permission.
A payout representative must be at least 13 years old. A representative who is under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to submit payout and tax information. The representative and guardian are responsible for confirming that the selected Form W-9 or Form W-8BEN is completed and signed as required.
If we learn that we collected personal information from someone under 13, we will remove the player, disable the registration, delete personal contact information, or take other appropriate action. We may retain limited tournament, security, administrative, or legal records where necessary.
Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@funhaver.gg to request review, correction, or deletion of information submitted about a minor.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted to FunhaverGG.
However, no online system is perfectly secure. Users and team managers are responsible for submitting accurate information, protecting their own accounts, and notifying FunhaverGG if they believe information has been submitted incorrectly or without permission.
13. User Requests
Users, players, team managers, parents, or guardians may contact us to request:
- Access to information we have about them
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of personal contact information
- Deletion of payout or tax identity information after the required retention period
- A copy of payout or tax identity information associated with the verified requester
- Removal from optional marketing emails
- Information about how their information is used
- Review of information submitted about a minor
Requests can be sent to:
privacy@funhaver.gg
We verify the requester's identity before disclosing or changing payout, date-of-birth, or tax information. We may deny or delay deletion while the seven-year payout retention period, a tax filing, an audit, a dispute, a security investigation, a legal hold, or another legal obligation applies. We will delete or de-identify eligible information after the applicable requirement ends.
We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days. If applicable law requires a different response period, we will respond within the legally required period.
14. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to FunhaverGG, you may have additional privacy rights. These may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about how your personal information is used.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FunhaverGG is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated version and changing the effective date.
If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, post the updated policy, or provide notice through the platform or by email where appropriate.
